What is Performance Therapy?

It is bio-mechanical assessment and movement patterning.  Dr. Ron assesses how an athlete performs their tasks or sport, and compares it to how the joint should move for best results.  Through this thorough assessment, we can enhance an athlete's athletic capability and strength in their sports by providing the guidance on how the body moves the most efficiently.  Many athletes come in for a consultation on how to perform better, or become a better athlete.

"Everyone's an Athlete."

At ChiroSports, we utilize a biomechanical view when it comes to understanding your injury.

We feel that the body needs to move to heal.  How else can we supply the necessary tissue the required nutrients to repair itself?
                                             Through movement.

As a patient in our clinic, Dr. Ron examines and treats each patient as an individual.  With every patient, we form a treating partnership.  Through this partnership, we work together towards our agreed goal changing treatment as required to continue getting results.

Since nearly every patient recieves 'homework' to take home in some form of rehab, this partnership is vital as doctor and patient, both, establish accountability for their work.

Dr. Ron utilizes chiropractic, McKenzie, functional rehab, physical therapy, and manual medicine, such as: cross-friction, facial release, trigger point, graston, acupuncture, kinesiotaping, and infrared light technologies.

Physical therapy and functional rehabilitation are both vital when working with injuries.  Dr. Ron provides all patients with the necessary exercises to both alleviate and strengthen their ailment.
